We’re currently planning a brand new Junior Club Night at Neston Tennis for younger players.
The aim is to create a fun, welcoming and social environment where children can enjoy tennis, build confidence, make friends and spend more time around the club.
-
To help improve court care and ongoing maintenance, we’ve installed new signage around the clay courts.

It started with a message from member Gerry Kirby.
Gerry had been playing at a club in London and experienced something we didn't have here — a fast, social, competitive format that fitted around a lunch break. He thought it might work at Neston. We met for a coffee, talked it through, and agreed: it's a perfect fit.
THE MONDAY CLUB is a new weekly social running every Monday 11am–1pm. Fast sets, rotating courts, winners move up. Play for 20–30 minutes and keep moving.
Come for an hour or stay for both — it's entirely up to you.
It's free, all levels are welcome, and it's ideal if you've got a spare hour at lunch and need a proper break from your desk.
To join, you'll need to be on the WhatsApp group. An availability poll goes out every Friday so you can flag when you're in.

Earlier this month we aunched a new Instagram channel for Neston Tennis to help improve visibility, raise the profile of the section, and keep everyone better connected.
Another way for us to engage with you and new members.
It’ll be the place for updates, fixtures, results, coaching, events, and everything happening across the club.
Early engagement has been strong, and it’s a great step towards building more momentum and a stronger identity for Neston Tennis.

Meet your new Co-Club Captains. 👏
We're delighted to announce Elliot Sutton and Rachel Schofield as Neston's new Co-Club Captains.
Both have been part of this club since they were kids. They've played at the top level, won titles, and given everything to Neston over the years. More than that — they're exactly the kind of people you want leading a club. Knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely lovely with it.

We’re putting a simple system in place to keep social tennis running properly.
After every league match, captains must drop their used match balls into the honesty box. These will be reused for social sessions, keeping a steady supply without extra cost to the club.
Dave Collyer is building a dedicated box, accessible to all.
How it works:
Play your match → drop the balls in
Use balls for social → return them after your sessionKeep it moving so everyone benefits.
