THE COMMITTEE

What we're working on in September

  • Junior Club Champs are here.

    On Saturday 26 September, we’ll crown our first ever Neston Junior Club Champions.

    Open across four age groups, it’s a chance for our juniors to compete, enjoy some proper match play and get their names on the honours board.

    U8 Mini Red — Tie Break to 10
    U10 Orange Ball — Tie Break to 10
    U16 Yellow Ball — Fast4
    U18 Yellow Ball — Fast4

    Medals and trophies are up for grabs — and we’re hoping this is just the beginning.

    We’re also looking at adding an Adult + Junior tournament, pairing our younger players with the grown-ups for a proper club competition.

    THE MONDAY CLUB

    THE MONDAY CLUB is a new weekly social running 11am–1pm at Neston.

    Perfect if you’ve got a spare hour at lunch and need a proper break from your desk.

    TNT Social

    TNT (Thursday Night Tennis) is our biggest social session.

    Running every Thursday from 6:15pm across two sessions, it’s open to everyone and the easiest way to get involved at the club.

    RIFF RAFF

    Founded in 1988, Riff Raff is a long-standing social group for men aged 55+ and retired players.

    The group meets twice a week for relaxed, competitive men’s doubles, alongside a calendar of informal social events throughout the year.

    Our quarterly Tie Break Tens night is exactly what it sounds like.
    Short-format tennis. First to 10 points. No long sets. No waiting around.

    Quick matches. Constant rotation. Everyone plays.

    Ladies Social Tennis

    Ladies Social Tennis runs every Saturday from 10am–12pm.

    A relaxed, friendly session focused on doubles play, good rallies and a chance to meet other players. All levels welcome. More details on What’s On page.
